Meet the team
Kennet Valley Caterpillars team is a mix of very experienced staff, younger staff just starting their career in childcare and parent volunteers who loved working with us so much they joined the team, the one thing they all have in common is their dedication to looking after your children as if they were their own.
Each September the staff swap age groups - this enables us to get to know your children, their strengths, their weaknesses and their quirks as well as helping children moving into the Butterflies room to have familiar adults with them.
